Snowball - Friday 1st December 2006

Hey everyone, whilst im bored at work thought i'd report on the events of the 2006 snowball... well it began in the huntsman, i tunred up to see a lot of very nicely dressed people, however a certain someone (Lofto) decided that £.150 were too expensive for him, so he was already sluring with a wonky bow tie hanging onto the table, having downed a bottle of vodka before turning up! in an attempt to sober himself up he bought some peanuts, that were promptly long-armed by the committee (if you dont know what long arming is, you should!! but look on facebook for the longarm it til i die group!). there was also a bruise comparason between myself and web-guy-tom over who had the better bruise, i won hands down! then came a grand entrance from GB james, he looked quite smart in his tweed jacket and the rest of his west country attire, but after some giggles, weird looks (and someone saying 'i thought he dressed up like that on purpose') GB went to get changed, oooppss sorry GB! but he came back looking hot hot hot in a lovely pinstriped suite! next came the round of jaegerbombs!!! 12 jaegerbombs for 12 snowriders, it was a beautiful moment, esp as our lovely sponser gave us a very generous deal on them! cheers again pete! and we popped someones jaeger bomb cherry! due the shape of the glasses there was alot of splashing... wingman wasn't very happy as his cigarette was put out and failed to relight for a very long time! then it was off to the ball, we realised we were one ticket short, however james (bleached fresher) came up with a cunning plan... using the stubs of tickets we were able to get people in, including gabes were was wearing her jeans?!?! wingman and barney tried to retrieve a butterfly from the 'woodland' theme of the ball (its a snowball, why wasnt it snow?!). instead they nearly managed to pull down the entire netted ceiling and decorations!!! what happened to the butterfly guys? that would be an awesomes steal! there was one disapointment however... bath pavillion doesnt serve jaegermesiter, rubbish!!!! think thats all to report, anyother shananigans we should know about please post them up!!! hope you all had fun and see you on the trip!!!
